Want to be in a BBC documentary?
The BBC are currently developing a programme, which aims to follow a group of women from all different walks of life as they prepare for married life. In particular the documentary makers would like to speak to brides under the age of 20 who are planning their wedding. The brides can be from any religion or not religious and the wedding can be registry office or church.
If this is you, it would be a fantastic way of having your wedding preparations and ceremony professionally recorded by a film crew.
Applicants would also have the opportunity to sell their story through Featureworld in a women’s magazine or national newspaper if they wish at a later date.
Regular Featureworld Sell my Story blog readers will recall Linda Plover’s follow up to BBC2’s excellent Tribal Wives series appeared in Woman’s Own through Featureworld. Not only did the feature promote the series, it gave a fascinating insight into what happened after Linda came home from her Tribal Wives experience.
