Are you a woman who is retired but struggling to come to terms with your new life? I'm writing a feature for the women's pages of a national newspaper in response to recent research which shows that women struggle more than men with life after retirement. I am looking to interview three retired ladies who have had this experience. They would need to be photographed at their convenience, and would be paid a small fee on publication. Please contact me for more information with a few details about yourself: reddragg@waitrose.com

Love story for weekly women's magazine: In the lead up to Valentine's day we are looking for quirky stories of the lengths women have gone to bag their men for a weekly women's magazine. In particular, we want stories of women who carried out a leap year proposal and went on to marry the man of their dreams (and ideally have children). We are also interested in women who went to great lengths to be noticed by a work colleague crush/neighbour, or perhaps you carried out a romantic gesture to declare your love to someone you pass on the street every day. If you are a married couple aged over 35 who have an interesting leap year proposal or pursuit of love story, please get in touch! Must be available for interview and have good photos relevant to their story. Contact: Lucy Mcguire Email: Lucy.McGuire@hearst.co.uk or Phone: 0207 312 3800
