Women's weekly magazine: I am looking for female case studies for a very sensitive piece on older rape victims for a women's weekly magazine. As a link to the story of Shirley Woodman - the 82-year-old who was successfully rewarded compensation from rapist Iorworth Hoare, we are keen to speak to ladies who have gone through a similar ordeal. If possible, we'd like to speak to women (and perhaps their daughters) who became a rape victim at the age of 50 or older. 80/20 diet

Pretty simple really, 80% of your food is healthy, 20% is naughty treats.

Paleolithic diet

Eating only foods that could have been hunted and speared or picked from trees and plants.

The Hampton’s diet

Essentially a three phase diet which is a high in protein and low in carbs regime with a few twists.

The alkaline diet
