A national newspaper is researching a piece about older fathers - the growing number of men who have children later in life, and some new research which is showing that children of older fathers may be at slightly higher risk of some health complications including: - autism - schizophrenia - Apert syndrome - achondroplasia, a form of dwarfism - cleft palate - bipolar They are looking for a family of a child/adult with one of these conditions, who had their child when the father was 40 or over (or at a push late 30s). Men's Cosmetic Surgery: Women's weekly mag on the look out for men who underwent cosmetic surgery to improve their looks. Women's weekly magazine: I am looking for female case studies for a very sensitive piece on older rape victims for a women's weekly magazine. As a link to the story of Shirley Woodman - the 82-year-old who was successfully rewarded compensation from rapist Iorworth Hoare, we are keen to speak to ladies who have gone through a similar ordeal. If possible, we'd like to speak to women (and perhaps their daughters) who became a rape victim at the age of 50 or older. Their attacker would need to have been successfully jailed and they must be willing to be identified and openly interviewed about their experience.
